• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary/PMR/SPM.
• Required languages: Malay, English
• No working experience and willing to learn.
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift and long hours.

Chef de Partie / Commis I
(Based in Telok Kemang,Negeri Sembilan)

Chef de Partie & Commis I
• To manage, control and operate the kitchen under the guidance and instruction of Chef de Cuisine.
• To ensure all food being prepared is of the highest standard.
• To ensure the kitchen are being run smoothly,clean and sanitized all the time.

• For Chef de Partie position, candidates must possess at least 2 years of working experience in Malay & Western cuisine.
• For Commis 1, minimum of 2 years working experience in similar position.
• Applicants must be able to communicate in Malay and English comfortably.
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift, selected public holidays and weekends.
